Rwanda Climate conditions
Although Rwanda is located next to the equator, the climate in Rwanda is of cool temperate nature for most of the year.This is so because most of Rwanda is sitted at a high altitude of 1.700 metres above sea level. There are 2 rainy seasons, the first running from mid-January to April and the other from October to December.However, it is cool around the mountaneous country side,it should be noted that Rwanda is majorly made up of a hilly terrain.In a nutshell,April is the most humid month,September the hottest and November the wettest.
Lightclothes are required for most of the year save for the wet seasons and for evenings in the hilly country sides.
